Placement Assistance

ZILS has placement cells at various zonal locations, which interact with ZedCA centres across the country. We encourage our students to update their resumes on the web, which is then mapped with Industry requirements. Soft skill inputs are provided at the centres, so that students are groomed, enabling them to face the interviews. The placement cell conducts centralized screening viz: Technical Tests, Mock Interviews, and Group Discussion's for all disciplines. Finally, it's all about motivating and Career Guiding the young aspirants. We also work closely with various HR consultants and Placement Partners.

There is emphasis on quality placement, seminars & workshops organized regularly on various career options. Individualized career consultation. Institute-Industry interface to coach, motivate and familiarize the students about corporate events and practices. Regular training through mock interviews, Group Discussion’s and Internal Assessment Tests. Grooming students with entrepreneurial skills. Placement offices conduct company research to identify and define educational and career goals. Seek methods of networking with potential employers to give students the best of job opportunities. Career Guidance Cell extends career guidance to the students, by Career Counseling to develop certain computing and other skills based on the requirements of potential industries and institutions for recruitment, and organizes motivational talks from eminent personalities.
